Excessively redundant; repeat steps over and over to accomplish one thing; cumbersome; there is no "standard of operation" for this software, nothing in different areas works in the same manner as anything else; does not follow Windows protocols, making it difficult to navigate and use; constantly crashes; when one bug gets fixed it creates 5 more
