Acumatica dashboards are above the rest!

Pros

The best feature I would highlight is that it allows for personalized dashboards. A dashboard that comes out of the box is more than enough for all your basic needs. And I think Acumatica has captured the market because the pricing is not based on individual users, which allows the entire organization to use the software without concern for additional costs.

Cons

However, I did find Acumatica to have a bit of a learning curve. It should have been easier to learn and operate. There are too many clicks involved in basic tasks such as navigation. The app has also had reliability issues.

Good initial expression

Pros

It has been 2 long years since we have been slowly implementing Acumatica in our system and I have to admit that we are really impressed with how it has opened ways for our company to grow. We are on a track to venture further in reporting, manufacturing, and others.

Cons

The ERP is amazing but it takes an unusual amount of time to develop it into what you want. We had to hire a private consultant for this.

2022 review of Acumatica

Pros

The product easily allows us track all our information while keeping the expenses low. It has an option to get the license for unlimited users which is great.

Cons

Things are really great with acumatica but the time and expense module (which we use a lot!) is not as smooth as it should be.

It is the software partner we always needed

Pros

We have used it to streamline numerous processes of our company. It has become a key tool in the growth of our company due to its integration with our other software and flawless ability to upload and download data anytime we want.

Acumatica has covered all our needs as of now. Nothing more expected.

A sophisticated system to grow with

Pros

One of the most flexible software we have used thanks to its open architecture. We hired a third party programmer to modify the software to match our exact needs and we have never been happier!

Some out of the box features were weak, we had to improve them on our own.

Using the project accounting module

Pros

The management has been amazed how accurately we can analyze the project costs that include labor. We can compare the costs with initial estimates to see what went right or wrong.

Cons

Programming the dashboards is not easy and requires an expert to be hired which incurs extra cost.

Good Product

Pros

Ease of use, fantastic dashboards, sophisticated technology, easy integration, and quick access to data are all advantages.

Cons

The approval process is cumbersome.

Well suited for our company

Pros

I appreciate that Acumatica is a highly scalable system. I like that our company can expand and that we can scale this product along with it.

Cons

I cant think of anything I dont enjoy about this product.

Gets the job done

The system is easy to use and We can keep track of information using this product.

Its tough to set up our workers and contractors, and when we go to AP, well have to utilize a new numbering scheme.
