The interface is user-friendly which makes it simple to navigate. The software system has helped me do scheduling and graphing tasks in a breeze.
Cons
Labs only give the order codes and not the CPT codes. The billing template is quite long.

Care360 has streamlined reporting, it takes less time as compared to my previous experience with another software solution. Staff members find the software system user-friendly which has improved user experience.
Cons
The patient portal platform needs improvement.
