Simplifies the entire practice management process
Pros

I explored ClinicAid because my mother's medical practice faced staff turnover, leaving them without a medical office assistant for billing. ClinicAid's user-friendly interface made it a convincing choice, and the trial was a success. The pricing is competitive and significantly lower than what they paid for a medical office assistant's billing services.

Cons

It would be better if the plans didn't have claim submission limits, but the pricing is still competitive.

Very happy with ClinicAid
Pros

Transitioning to ClinicAid was surprisingly easy after using a different billing program for a decade. The learning curve was manageable, thanks to an excellent customer service team. ClinicAid's pricing is significantly more favorable than the previous program.

Fantastic customer service, submission errors frustrating
Pros

The customer service provided by ClinicAid is excellent. However, the software itself can be frustrating when dealing with submission errors. Locating errors in submissions can be challenging, and the reasons behind them are not always clear. Once errors are found, the software simplifies the editing and resubmission process.

Locating and understanding submission errors can be confusing, and more detailed explanations or error descriptions would be helpful.
