Pros
The accounting capabilities of ClubHub are incredible and have helped me keep track of A/R. It offers easy scheduling options that are quite user-friendly. And the data is seamlessly stored on the cloud and available on the app without any delays, which facilitates our task in terms of administration.
Cons
I find it annoying that you cant focus on one thing at a time. It takes a lot of work to construct a schedule because you cant just add your clients and employees once and have them there for the whole month. For no good reason, you must do double the work in CH.

The team has been highly responsive and possesses industry knowledge. The software seamlessly integrates scheduling, HR, compliance, clinical charting, QA, and billing into one platform, catering to complex care and hab services.
Cons
While the data analytics and reporting have room for improvement, they have already shown progress in this area based on our experience.

Great product for the pediatric home health care market!
Great product for the pediatric home health care market!
Pros
As one of the first offices to implement CubHub, we've seen excellent results. The paperless EMR has saved us administrative hours spent on documentation and organization, allowing us to focus on clinical training, staffing, and client service. The app offers transparency in tracking when staff clock in and out and accessing clinical notes.
Cons
The transition from a home health care background to a successful software company can be a challenge for the team.

CubHub consolidates data in one place and performs calculations, which is beneficial. However, working with it can be time-consuming due to the need for multiple clicks and daily data entry.
Cons
The software's interface requires excessive clicking and lacks efficiency, leading to double work. It's challenging to build schedules and feels messy to use.
