Its been a pleasure to use ElationHealth because of its ease of use and easy access to patient information on one screen.
Cons
Only when there are persistent difficulties and there is no way to speak to a live person, am I dissatisfied.

Importing our old program into Elation was not to my satisfaction.

Cons
I dont like that getting a solution to any of your questions/problems takes 1-2 weeks.

The layout is pretty simple and easy to navigate through.
Cons
There is no method to communicate with them other than via email about concerns, which is incredibly inconvenient, and they have only responded to me once out of ten times within their given period to resolve a problem.

Best thing about elation is that it is built specifically for medical professionals. Biggest advantage that I had was, it operates on single screen for multiple functions. Very fast as compared to other EHR software.
Cons
Data migration is a bit slow but otherwise works great for e-billing.

There is literally one problem that I have and it is the mobile app. it lacks a lot of features and it lags a lot. There is no flaw that I can point out other than the app.
