Pros

Jane is incredibly user-friendly making booking billing and note-taking simple and fast. The layout is attractive and facilitates both practitioner and client use effortlessly. Plus theres no need for extra add-ons and keeping client cards on file is hassle-free. Janes transaction fees are comparable to Squares.

Cons

Sadly when I started my solo business I realized how expensive the service is. Although it includes everything I need like unlimited reminders file storage and credit card processing $79/month is a steep price for a solo practitioner. For those willing to tackle a learning curve Noterro at $25/month (with possible discounts) is a much more economical choice.

Pros

The customer service at Jane is top-notch�always prompt helpful and friendly. They even went the extra mile to provide video demonstrations and screenshots to assist me with specific billing queries.

Cons

Since Im not very computer-savvy Ive had many questions but they always provide easy-to-understand step-by-step instructions.

Cons

In a French environment like Quebec Canada its inconvenient that the platform doesnt support French especially when employees dont speak English. Having an app for phones would be a great addition.

Pros

Jane is user-friendly with an abundance of tutorials to aid in learning the system. Billing is mostly straightforward and accessing patient files is easy. The teleconferencing system enhances patient interaction and were still uncovering all the systems capabilities. The support team is exceptional always positive and ready to help.

Cons

The only thing Id change is to make sending invoices easier. It took me some time to find the button. Additionally were still in the process of creating patient intake forms.

We love the customization options in Jane making it the most intuitive and feature-rich clinical note-taking software weve used. Its easy to use even during busy clinic sessions with customizable templates and quick access to treatment plans. The administrative staff appreciates the automated population of intake forms and contact data as well as the reminder system for appointments.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a search facility within reports and Id really appreciate having more colors to work with on the body charts and sketching.

Jane is easy to use cost-effective and well-thought-out. Its reliable with rapid and helpful staff support for any minor issues. It includes convenient features like automated appointment reminders and the ability to create and send questionnaires or intake forms before appointments.

Cons

It would be beneficial if Jane could organize stored files into different folders such as lab reports and specialist reports. Sorting files alphabetically or by date would also improve organization. Additionally automating the sending and receiving of faxes within the system would be convenient.

Jane is user-friendly and straightforward to set up with features like online booking and auto-fill for patient information enhancing the patient experience. While the self-check-in feature is convenient allowing patients to complete the appointment process themselves including payment would further streamline operations.

Cons

I didnt like how Jane would lock into the last patient when navigating the schedule leading to frustration. Also the limited color choices for services made it hard to differentiate. The shift and tagging functions were more complicated than necessary.
