Using the software is very easy, with its user-friendly interface and color-coded features making payment tracking a cinch.

Cons

Handling claims for oncologists means dealing with multiple lines on the claim. It would save a lot of time if there was a feature to correct all lines at once instead of updating each line individually.

Pros

Learning Mercury has been a delight. The support team is incredibly responsive, and the batch system and statement recall feature are fantastic additions. It is clear the developers care deeply about improving the program based on user feedback.

Cons

Learning the program can be challenging due to the numerous menus and functions. It would be helpful to have a button for quick access to the main menu instead of repeatedly clicking "exit."

I appreciate how the system simplifies account management with its intuitive color-coding and easy data input. Working with Mercury Medical is a pleasure.

Cons

It would be much more convenient if correcting and rebilling claims was easier. Having to input corrected claim information in demographics and then remove it is time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple claims.

Mercury Medical is an extremely robust software. It's integration potential is endless and the support group is extremely responsive!
Pros

The support provided by Mercury Medical is truly exceptional. Compared to other PM systems we have used, their level of support stands out.

Cons

Due to its extensive capabilities, there is a learning curve with this software. More features mean more components to understand.

I worked with Crissoft and the support at my previous job and I've never loved a program more.
Pros

I love the ease of use and the ability to request custom features. The support team is responsive and worked closely with us to tailor the program to our specialty, earning my full approval.

Cons

After an extensive search, we chose Mercury Medical for our RCM platform and could not be happier. It's flexible, configurable, and has significantly reduced our processing times.

Cons

There is very little to dislike about the software. The service and support teams are highly responsive and their understanding of our Emergency Room clients' unique business rules has been invaluable in acquiring new clients.
