The staff is very helpfu and friendly. I can manage my solo practice with ease. It helps me sort billing and insurance claims out.
Cons
I suppose it would not be very useful for larger practices.

This software provides many of the functionality of practise management in one position. We have the necessary resources to manage all our tasks.
Cons
The system is very slow and doesnt work well when too many people are logged in.

Super cheap but also super slow. The features are pretty average and not that impressive

Super Slow and crashes from time to time. Errors pop out of no where constantly and it takes forever to complete a task.

Once you start using it you have to click on everything several times just to get it to open. There is no customization at all and the existing templates are terrible.

The only good thing I have to say about this software is that is less costly than other options.
Cons
There are so many issues that customer care has not been able to resolve. I was told it would be compatible with the iPad but it does not work on our tablets at all.

There is nothing positive I have to say about this EHR software.
Cons
The program takes a long time to load and once it opens it can crash at any moment. The user interface is horrible and not easy to use at all. It takes multiple clicks and constant back and forth to complete a simple task. The sequel has made my life worse.
