Pros

Great for scheduling, billing and keeping track of employee and client information. This software has so many features. You can store contact information for everyone and it allows you to communicate via text and email through the portal.

Cons

Somewhat user friendly. The system, sometimes, tends to lag and crash.

Practical to use for new business!
Pros

We are a relatively new business so The team did learn how to use it quickly and the templates have been very useful. In regards to customer service I find that my experience has been fantastic.

Pros

SmartCare provides flexible solution to our clinical practice. Customization was done through template creation. Training didnt take much time due to responsive design of the software. Financial and medical data reporting is very quick. Highly recommended,

I didnt find any problem with this software. Minor interface changes might accelerate the, already perfect, navigation.

The transition to Streamline significantly increased operational efficiency minimizing errors and enhancing audit scores through intuitive interface design and dashboard-driven workflows.Streamlines cost-effective solution provided comprehensive reporting capabilities and streamlined billing processes ensuring quick data access and accurate financial and clinical measurements for our mental health and substance abuse services.

Cons

Despite its benefits the initial transition to Streamline may have posed challenges in terms of training and workflow disruptions requiring significant resources and adaptation efforts. While Streamline offered outstanding customer support reliance on technical assistance and potential compatibility issues with existing systems could have posed obstacles during implementation and future customization.
