I love that Collage HR is userfriendly for all staff regardless of tech skills. The deployment was seamless with personalized training for admins. It has significantly improved recruitment employee database management and timeoff tracking for our company.
Cons
While there arent many drawbacks some additional features would be welcome but Im confident theyll be added as the software evolves.

Collage simplifies administrative tasks making it the easiest platform Ive used. Its userfriendly and secures data effectively.
Cons
The software logs me out quickly for security reasons which is understandable but sometimes it feels too abrupt. Otherwise I have no complaints and anticipate using it for years to come.

As an HR person I find the software intuitive and appreciate the responsive customer service. The feature suggestion option is helpful and the benefits integration and email reminders are great features.
Cons
While the software is evolving there are some minor enhancements needed. The performance review module while good could benefit from features like the ability to set future launch dates and repeat them. Integration with payroll and other systems is also a consideration.

Collage is incredibly straightforward and easy to navigate offering great value compared to our previous HR platform. The Canadian aspect is particularly helpful and the benefit administration has been invaluable. Im always impressed by the prompt followup from online support.
Cons
Although Collage is still relatively new some feature requests remain unfulfilled like the inability to sort reports within the platform. Ive suggested adding the ability to create folders in the Documents tab for better organization.

I appreciate the ease of use and amazing customer support provided by Collage. The regular updates enhance its functionality and features like recruiting integration with indeed.com performance reviews and integration with GWL benefits and Wagepoint payroll are highly beneficial.
Cons
The training module could be more comprehensive and it would be beneficial to design courses within the software. Also the timeoff module could provide more detail on the company Outlook calendar showing exact hours off each day.

Cons
Currently theres no option for taking lieu time with overtime or subtracting overtime for paid time off. It can be confusing for staff since overtime hours are entered as a percentage rather than as actual hours worked.

Cons
Initially we encountered minor issues with Collage but their responsive product development team has resolved most of them in the nine months since we started using it. The only feature were still waiting for is Single SignOn with Google.

Cons

The calendar feature and selfservice timeoff requests are highlights of Collage. Although there are some drawbacks with the calendar overall the user interface is excellent and custom fields are appreciated.
Cons
Reporting functionalities especially for time off need improvement. Id like to pull reports for individual employees and receive warnings for booking overlapping dates. Additionally having reminders for the calendar would be helpful.
