Paycor constantly introduces new features. Compared to our previous system which lacked power and had clunky payroll processes and no performance management Paycor offers a wealth of features from the get-go and keeps expanding.
Cons
Some of the new features often come with significant bugs that havent been resolved. Additionally support during implementation is lacking. Certain newer features arent fully integrated necessitating manual adjustments like reporting lines. The support responses are inconsistent and the product knowledge varies.

Perhaps they should discontinue this product and focus on better integrations with more reputable ATS like Greenhouse or Lever. I recently learned that Paycor is discontinuing its integrations with these top ATS potentially pushing users to adopt theirs or other acquired ATS platforms. This decision has prompted us to reconsider using Paycor for payroll and HR.
