Cons

If there is one drawback, it is that in their efforts to keep materials updated. We've had key training lessons that we tie into our programs discontinued without new options, leading us to rewrite our programs.

Opting for this cost-effective solution gave us access to a rich library of courses, which was perfect for launching our new Learning Management System.

Cons

We had to meticulously review every course in the library to ensure they were professionally appropriate. Some courses contained unprofessional language, inappropriate examples, or even rude gestures. Additionally, some course content seemed outdated or very old.
