Pros

Collaborating with the team is a pleasure. They are supportive, efficient, and genuinely care about delivering excellent service to Sphere 1.

Cons

Personally, it would be great if the system could handle a year's worth of data without timeout errors. It can get a little frustrating at times.

Great decision!
Pros

We have been searching for a way to consolidate, make accessible, and track training for our associates for years. Partnering with BlueVolt has been the best decision and investment we've made in that area.

Cons

My only suggestion is to provide a way to make bulk changes in the courses.

BlueVolt provides big assist to our virtual learning
Pros

Adding courses is a breeze, and the reporting feature that tracks enrolled and attending users is fantastic. I'm still exploring more in-depth options.

Cons

The software's limitation is the inability to send emails to all enrolled or non-enrolled users consistently. It's not entirely BlueVolt's fault, as there's inconsistency in whether the system-generated login instructions reach new users during bulk loading. However, when manually sending the same email, new users do receive it. We are currently working on enhancing our processes and customer bases through the self-registration process.

Amazing support, user-friendly interface, and value-added services
Pros

The software is incredibly intuitive, and most features can be activated with a simple checkbox. There are abundant customization options to tailor the software to our company's specific needs, although it can feel overwhelming if you're new to this (like me). The BlueVolt staff is exceptional at promptly addressing questions and collaborating to design a university that suits our requirements.

Cons

There aren't many downsides to the software. Importing and exporting content is relatively straightforward. However, the level of customization can be overwhelming if you struggle to envision the desired appearance of your university. Occasionally, we have requests that aren't supported by the system, but the BlueVolt team always finds a workaround or includes the request in their work stream for future feature development.

Great product and support
Pros

I started using BlueVolt's LMS platform a few years ago, and I'm impressed with its performance. Users find it simple to navigate, and if any questions arise that I can't answer, the BlueVolt support team works closely and swiftly with me to resolve them. It has been a fantastic system for our courses and for me personally.

Cons

As someone who hadn't used an LMS before, there was a bit of a learning curve. However, whenever I encountered difficulties, BlueVolt was always there to assist me personally if necessary or direct me to helpful resources.

Admins and users find the platform intuitive. Uploading courses is a breeze.

Cons

It took quite a while for the implementation process. When dealing with Blue Volt, I couldn't add someone to my university on my own; I had to reach out to the CSR for assistance.

Smooth implementation - An overall great product.
Pros

The software's user interface, along with the administrative side, has revolutionized our Learning and Development team. We can also customize the interface to reflect our brand, which is a game changer.

Cons

BlueVolt primarily focuses on content, which suits our company well. We have numerous departments worldwide, some in central offices and others in the field. This made it a bit challenging to filter by employee, but it wasn't a major issue. The BV team ensured it worked for us, and it has been successful.

The support provided is excellent, and the platform itself is user-friendly and intuitive. Frequent enhancements and updates ensure we have the latest features. Uploading and editing courses is a breeze, and there are ample setting options to configure courses according to our preferences. Managing users is effortless, and we can integrate single sign-on (SSO) with our company intranet.

Customized LMS meets our needs!
Pros

BlueVolt offers extensive customization options for the user interface. Additionally, it has growing functionality that simplifies the uploading, management, and reporting of courses. My favorite feature is the Training Tracks, which greatly enhances accessibility for our end users.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about. It's a fantastic tool. We have noticed that it doesn't integrate as smoothly with Captivate as it does with Articulate, but it doesn't prevent us from posting both types of courses online.
