In our quest for the perfect LMS, we encountered numerous options that fell short of our requirements, particularly the ability to schedule recurring Zoom courses. Thankfully, the team at Instancy stepped in, collaborating closely with us to develop a tailored solution that met our needs precisely.
Cons
Sometimes, figuring out how to create classes in the program was not straightforward. Luckily, the team consistently went the extra mile to ensure I grasped the process. They'd send detailed emails complete with screenshots and instructions, or schedule video chats for live demonstrations, even recording them for future reference.

Then we discovered Instancy: flexible, feature-rich, with customizable pricing options that fit our budget. And the cherry on top? An attractive, user-friendly interface that makes navigation a delight.

My experience with Instancy and their team has been fantastic. As a user with minimal demands, I appreciate the simplicity of their application-based package, built on standard industry components. It is intuitive to use, and I can easily envision expanding its capabilities with video and other learning assets in the future.
Cons
Support is crucial, and it is heartening to see Instancy continuously enhancing its product. Yet, in the initial stages, accessing support was not seamless. It could take days for a ticket to receive attention, and communication barriers and time zone differences posed challenges.
