Pros

For the most part, it serves its purpose, and you generally get what you paid for.

Cons

Unfortunately, being tied to a yearly contract with the ability for the provider to change terms without proper communication has been challenging. It is also difficult to reach customer service. Although they claim you can adjust the number of licenses, downsizing requires waiting a year. Additionally, canceling requires a 90day notice before renewal (it used to be 60).

Pros

The mobile application and asset tracking feature are the most valuable aspects of Fiix. They allow me to effortlessly track and label any IT assets within our company. Essentially, asset tracking becomes a breeze by simply scanning the barcode or QR code.

Cons

Asset recording can be quite challenging, especially as a free trial user. It would be great to have the option to import/export asset lists from CSV or other databased files. Additionally, there have been instances where barcodes or QR codes didn't work properly when scanned by the Fiix mobile app.

After receiving proper training on how to access it, the software is easy to use.

Cons

Administrators should have more access to make changes to assets and scheduling without having to seek permission from someone else. It would also be helpful to have an alarm system that notifies everyone when a preventive maintenance task is about to be overdue instead of finding out it's late after the fact.

Fiix from a parts room experience.
Pros

The convenience of contacting vendors for quotes and ordering through purchase orders saves valuable time and effort. Utilizing Fiix numbers in conjunction with manufacturer part numbers has made issuing and tracking parts usage much simpler. In our operation, technicians are required to acquire the necessary parts before work orders are issued. I have found that the Fiix numbers are easier for the technicians to use and have helped eliminate the reporting of incorrect part numbers on work cards. Additionally, the constant alerts for low stock levels make it easier to order and maintain appropriate stock levels.

Cons

Setting up Fiix took a bit longer because we had to import all the parts information, but once completed, the ease of operation and timesaving steps using Fiix made up for the setup time.

Fix your Work Order problems with FIIX.. Best Software.

With Fiix, I can view all my work orders and prioritize them based on urgency. I can access Fiix anywhere in the world even without an internet connection. Once I regain internet access Fiix automatically updates my work orders.

Cons

So far, everything has been great. I haven't encountered any dislikes with Fiix. In fact, it's my favorite software when it comes to work orders.
