Pros

Its whole system of sending emails to customers is excellent. We love how it publishes our reviews to the website automatically.

Cons

Slightly overpriced because there are other cheaper substitutes available.

Pros

You can easily convert product reviews into a site review with the help of Yotpo.

Cons

Customer support is so bad. No issues are ever resolved. They remove features whenever they feel like.

Love this software!
Pros

Yotpo has the best customer staff. We havent had any serious issues but when we had even a little problem, the staff was right there to help.

Cons

I dont really find anything negative to say about Yotpo. It is good software.

Pros

Yotpo was very easy to set up and understand. Their training staff is outstanding. 100 percent of the tools it offers.

Cons

Its a great deal. I wouldnt choose any other software.
