Gmail has never been this organized.
Gmail has never been this organized.
Pros
Drag offers shared inboxes and groups which is the key to promoting collaboration in our office. The kanban inbox style, which includes notes, attachments, internal tagging, and automations to auto-sort email, has significantly increased our teams productivity. Every day, our organization receives a tremendous volume of emails in our shared inboxes, and prior to deploying Drag, emails were occasionally lost or responses were sluggish. Drag has actually improved the already flawless Gmail and made it something to totally rely on.
Cons
There is almost nothing that I can think of which brings Drag down from perfect. However, there have been instances where a new back-end change to Gmail has occurred and caused Drag to malfunction. This is not an issue with drag itself so I wont count it as a "con". The Drag team typically anticipates these rollouts and there is no problem usually. Even if there is an issue like the one we have faced twice in the last year, they have always rectified it immediately and on the same day.
