Good software but.....
Pros

It provides all the functionalities necessary for proper project management. I can create email templates to use when needed.

Cons

The graphical interface is straightforward, but some processes are difficult to understand or learn.

Easy Redmine, sometimes not so easy
Pros

Easy Redmine is an excellent ticketing system, and I was able to set up various projects where our customers can submit their tickets. It is quite straightforward and functional when it comes to assigning tasks, setting priorities and reporting or tracking time.

Cons

Implementing it as a self-hosted solution has been quite challenging. I'm not happy with the lack of an easy overall view, and when responding to tickets with long threads, it quotes the first email instead of the last one in my response.

I don't like its graphical interface very much
Pros

It offers all the functions for project, task and sub-task management. In our company, we use it as a helpdesk, and I must admit that it does its job. Even though sometimes customer responses duplicate tasks, leading to confusion.

Cons

Unfortunately, as mentioned in the title, I'm not particularly fond of its graphical interface, which is often unintuitive and cumbersome. However, it remains a solid application.

Comprehensive but basic tools suite with accessible pricing
Pros

It tries to provide multiple tools at once, with all the essential features for managing projects, people, issues, customers and even portfolios.

Cons

I believe it attempts to encompass multiple tools at once but only offers basic functionality for each area. In the end, it becomes a versatile but not masterful solution.

Not a trustworthy company anymore - don't use them if you just starting a business.
Pros

I started using Easy Redmine eight years ago, and it was perfect. The team was solely focused on project management, developing software that would work for any traditional team following the PMI project management process. They prioritized what mattered to customers and continually improved the modules. But things have changed...

Cons

Recently, we tried to purchase a knowledge base plugin. We paid for it, but instead of receiving the plugin, we were asked to pay 1000 EUR to update the entire stack, or else we wouldn't get the plugin. We verified with the support manager, and they do have a version of the plugin that would work but they still won't let us have it.

The best IT project management/bug tracking/documentation option
Pros

Redmine is the best option I know for IT project management, bug tracking and documentation, considering cost and benefit. Also Easy Redmine makes everything more appealing. The cloud version is easy and quick to deploy.

Cons

It can be quite costly depending on the size of your team and available budget. If you're considering the server version, there may be more affordable or even free options if you're willing to invest time in configuring and maintaining the environment.

I really like Redmine. It has functions for everything, and with all the plugins available, you can have a proper EMS system.

Cons

Redmine for easy Project Management
Pros

Redmine is a user-friendly. You only require basic training to learn how to use this this software. It also excelled in tracking the history of tasks and projects which allows me to easily follow the progression. It is great for reporting and isolating projects within groups.

Cons

There were numerous instances where different users could make edits to others work. The ability to isolate read/write permissions needs improvement.

Best tool to create and manage projects I have ever used
Pros

It's really easy to use. I was part of a large group that required several integrations, and we had different schedules. This tool was visually appealing and intuitive, with a simple drag-and-drop interface. When switching to another tab, I could view the entire project and its current status for the entire team. It helped us identify pain points and efficiently manage them.

Cons

Exporting data and using it outside of the product was challenging. When attempting to create a PowerPoint presentation with the tool, it was arduous to edit and ensure a polished outcome.

I have worked with this product trying to integrate it with testlink, but experience was bad.
Pros

The installation process is straightforward, even for inexperienced users.

Cons

Pros

Cons

Sometimes, it's difficult to locate components as they are hidden within various functions. Attendance needs to be refreshed daily.

Provide a nice usability / UI touch to the core Redmine. Worth the money spent.
Pros

The UI/UX design is appealing, built on top of Redmine, with good performance. It's easy to navigate and provides reliable commercial plugins that seamlessly integrate with the Easy Redmine Suite.

Cons

It may not seamlessly integrate with other plugins. The Agile Board plugin lacks certain functionalities, such as displaying parent tasks.

Easy Redmine System Application
Pros

After the installation of this software the work efficiency of the employees has increased significantly which results in productive results. Also let me mention one other thing that the user interface of the software is quite user-friendly, attractive and easy to navigate. Handling multiple projects in less time is a primary focus for many customers and Easy Redmine fulfil this purpose. We are pleased with our purchase and have no regrets.

Cons

So far, I haven't come across any drawbacks in the software.
