I found it reasonably priced and extremely flexible.
Cons
Unfortunately, we found EddyCore to be too rigid for our needs. Despite assurances from the company that customization would be easy, we could not adapt it to our requirements.

Cons

EddyNow makes everything so simple and clear. What truly stands out is the bond you build with their team. From the first conversation, it feels like you've known them forever. They're incredibly supportive, addressing every concern promptly via email. I couldn't ask for a better company to rely on for our provider contracts.

For small organizations like ours, Eddy is indispensable. We don't have the resources for a full-time Credentialing Specialist. Their customer service and expertise are unmatched.

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike. Whenever I needed something the software lacked, they were accommodating in helping me get what I needed!
