It is a very easy to use and very intuitive for creating and assigning tasks. It's user-friendly, and individuals will understand every function quickly without going through long training programs.
Cons
It lacks essential features for my daily operations. The ability to report and export data is only available in the web application, and there are no integrations available when I used it. The custom fields for tasks could use improvement.

There is nothing revolutionary about this software and I am saying it in a positive manner. It feels very familiar and basic right from the start. It is not like Monday.com where there is a learning curve, although not a steep one.
Cons
The biggest challenge I faced was collaboration. It wasn't a big issue with the app itself, but rather from our side that I couldn't get my team to use it in way I did.

Hitask is relatively easy to navigate software that offers a simple overview of my business tasks and projects. In short, it does exactly what it claims.
Cons
Because HiTask requires a significant amount of user input and excessive clicking, I often find myself not keeping it updated. Sometimes, it's just easier to maintain an old-fashioned task list instead of taking the time to input them into HiTask.

I've thoroughly searched for an affordable project and task management tool, and my fondness for Hitask keeps growing. It owns a clean and intuitive interface that allows me to quickly access the information I need at a glance. I also like the tab layout and calendar view. Completed tasks are clearly marked, and unlike other apps I've tried, I can easily visualize entire projects and all past tasks. Attaching files and collaborating is also easy. As a freelancer, it meets my needs for individual work, but it also offers other collaboration tools.
Cons
It's difficult to find a project management tool that addresses all the needs of a business. I genuinely can't find any faults with Hitask.

Everything is easily accessible on a single page (no need to switch screens like in Outlook). All team members can view and edit the same task list, and subtasks make it easier to keep track of the "little things." The calendar feature is also nice.
Cons
The full workday is not visible on the page (you have to scroll down). One convenient aspect of Outlook is that the calendar view shows the entire workday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This makes it easy to view morning tasks or appointments while also seeing the afternoon schedule.

It is very easy to use and even my staff, who are generally not tech-savvy, quickly grasp it and understood how to navigate it. Now getting the staff to use regularly and properly is our next big challenge. Because it is one thing for the concept to work, but it's not always easy to get people to annotate their notes. There's plenty room for us to utilize the free version � as you may have guessed, the fact that it's free is important. But we're thinking quite seriously to purchase software to maintain our systems, but we simply don't have the budgets for that. I love the sub-task function. It is very useful for breaking down tasks. It would be great if we could color-code people and tasks in a way that the system remembers, but I realize that might be asking for too much. The layout is beautifully clear, and it's convenient that we can close down the calendar. I haven't explored the left-hand functionality yet!

I had experimented with other task management apps before trying HiTask. I am grateful for that because it made me like its features even more. The moment I opened Hitask, I was impressed by its interface. After testing various options, I loved that it greeted me with a monthly calendar view and an hourly view for the day below it. So organized! The creation of tasks and events is elegantly placed in the middle of the screen and it feels instinctive and effortless, which matters to me. Completed tasks are easily accessible. I particularly appreciate that when a subtask is completed, it remains in its original position and is crossed out. This is helpful because even after a task is done, I still want to see all the project steps, regardless of their status.
Cons
It's not a significant issue, but in the view that displays all items, I would like to see not only my initials for tasks assigned to me but also the initials of the person who assigned the task. Task priorities are set, but having a quick glance at who assigned it would inform my approach.

It's not complicated which allow me use it instantly. And later quickly get important information and track it over time. Once you get to know it, it becomes one of the best working companions, giving you an edge over those who don't use it.
Cons

Pros
As a finance manager and personal assistant, my work revolves around tasks rather than projects. This is why software like MeisterTask and BaseCamp, which focus on teams and projects, didn't quite meet my needs. Hitask does it all! If I have a team working on a specific project, I can use it for that. However, it also allows me to create recurring task lists for the repetitive tasks I need to do on the same day each week. I appreciate its ease of use and the display on both my desktop and mobile platforms.
Cons
This is exactly what I was searching for. I've been using it for a week and haven't discovered anything I dislike about it yet.

It's easy to use, easy to set up, and the fact that it's free is fantastic! It saves us a tremendous amount of time and money by allowing us to maintain ongoing task lists online for multiple users. It has transformed my to-do list into an already-done list! It reminds me of all the small tasks that only need to be completed monthly, quarterly, or even annually! I feel like I have my mental clarity back!
Cons
I really wish I could receive text reminders for some of my tasks or at least I can get email notifications, which is nice. Sometimes the software experiences downtime, and there's no indication of how long it will last, with no customer support available.

Cons
I am happy that I didn't need customer support. However, when I attempted to contact them, I realized how difficult it would have been if I had required support. Eventually, I figured out the problem on my own, but the lack of communication and slow response time was disappointing.

Pros
It's not complicated which allow me use it instantly. And later quickly get important information and track it over time. Once you get to know it, it becomes one of the best working companions, giving you an edge over those who don't use it.
Cons
Minor issues, like when I receive a notification on my mobile phone screen and try to open it, it doesn't open the event or the last task or page I was on.

Pros
It's user-friendly, offering tasks and subtasks, visual planning, multiple team members and support for multiple projects.
Cons
So far, I haven't encountered any cons. I am still exploring the product, but having a macOS app would be fantastic! Other than that I truly don't see any major drawbacks.

Pros
As a finance manager and personal assistant, my work revolves around tasks rather than projects. This is why software like MeisterTask and BaseCamp, which focus on teams and projects, didn't quite meet my needs. Hitask does it all! If I have a team working on a specific project, I can use it for that. However, it also allows me to create recurring task lists for the repetitive tasks I need to do on the same day each week. I appreciate its ease of use and the display on both my desktop and mobile platforms.
Cons
This is exactly what I was searching for. I've been using it for a week and haven't discovered anything I dislike about it yet.

Pros
It's easy to use, easy to set up, and the fact that it's free is fantastic! It saves us a tremendous amount of time and money by allowing us to maintain ongoing task lists online for multiple users. It has transformed my to-do list into an already-done list! It reminds me of all the small tasks that only need to be completed monthly, quarterly, or even annually! I feel like I have my mental clarity back!
Cons
I really wish I could receive text reminders for some of my tasks or at least I can get email notifications, which is nice. Sometimes the software experiences downtime, and there's no indication of how long it will last, with no customer support available.

Pros
The time tracking feature is a standout for me. It's helpful for billing purposes on specific projects. The collaboration aspect and integration with Google are also major advantages!
Cons
I am happy that I didn't need customer support. However, when I attempted to contact them, I realized how difficult it would have been if I had required support. Eventually, I figured out the problem on my own, but the lack of communication and slow response time was disappointing.
