Switching to Lawcus from another legal software was a great decision. The integration and task automation significantly ease our workload.
Cons
It would be better if I could see the whole month's calendar at once and everyone's calendar on my phone. Overall, very few complaints, and issues are addressed quickly.

Cons
I really wish there was more documentation explaining how all the functions interact.

I absolutely adore Lawcus' kanban view of my pipelines, along with the workflow automations, dynamic merge fields, relationships, tags, intake forms, and especially the lead tracking feature and the dashboard.
Cons
I wouldreally like to incorporate my HTML signature into my emails.

Cons
I have not found anything I dislike so far. Some UI updates would be nice, but since they are consistently making changes, I am confident improvements are on the way.

What captivates me about Lawcus is its intuitive nature and seamless integration with various tools we use, such as appointment schedulers and Google Drive. Customizable to reflect our branding themes, the platform offers an array of automation options.
Cons
It takes some practice to customize the tool. Having more tutorials or FAQs would be great to reduce my reliance on customer service.
