Operandio - Great Workplace Tool
Pros

Task management and tracking are exceptional. Staff can instantly see what needs to be done and take care of it. They can also manage their downtime by checking Operandio to see any outstanding jobs, eliminating the need to constantly ask management. The overview of daily tasks is fantastic, ensuring that critical jobs aren't overlooked.

Cons

Unfortunately, inactive "tasks" can't be duplicated for future use. However, setting up a new "task" each time is quite speedy. On the bright side, inactive "processes" can be easily edited and reactivated.

I'm thrilled that we've utilized this platform to completely replace our paper checklists and operations. The mobile and phone apps provide an excellent means for frontline workers across our organization to effortlessly complete their daily tasks and procedures, allowing them to remain focused on serving customers and delivering quality service!

Cons

I'd appreciate more options to export reports into various formats, but they assured me that's in the works.

Our clients appreciate the elimination of written paperwork and the assurance that tasks are actually completed. This makes inspections more authentic compared to the old method of different colored pens and fabricated numbers.

Cons

There are some missing features like the ability to add pictures to tasks and automatic alerts for temperature checks. It could also be more convenient to import and modify tasks via import - those features are currently absent.
