I really like the visual interface. it made it very simple to create and manage projects. As someone unfamiliar with this type of software it was a pleasant surprise to find it easy to understand.

Cons

One thing that is frustrating regarding the tool is that thefunctions not working properly. It's important for project management software to be reliable and efficient.

The worksheet feature is my favorite since it allows me to build plans like a professional with precision that impresses me.

The 3D feature can be challenging to work with and it's understandable that you would like to see improvements in future updates.

This software has a uncluttered design yet is packed with functionality. I enjoyed the convenience of accessing it on my mobile devices.

It can be disappointing when the free version of a software lacks certain functions that other programs offer. Having access to more features is always a benefit.

Project Planning Pro

Pros

I love the availability of not starting from scratch. I can easily upload my project timeline from Dropbox, email or GServer. The "duration" columns in Task Information are particularly helpful as they provide an overview of the total days and allow me to compare projected project lengths. Additionally, the ability to add resources to each project is fantastic.

Cons

The filled-in timeline colors and arrows can be overwhelming initially. but it's great to find out that you eventually found them helpful and learned to like them.

The interface is excellent for creating project plans and presenting them to leadership teams.

Customization options for the Gantt chart and visuals would indeed be a valuable addition to enhance the user experience.

Could not open the program

I faced difficulties opening the program and unfortunately customer service was nonexistent.

Cons

Lack of customer service and unresponsive email support is definitely a drawback. Prompt and helpful customer service is important for users who encounter issues.

Inputting my project data was a piece of cake.

The UI is nice and visually appealing making budget planning easy and ensuring our progress is well-tracked.

Including more currency options and expanding export facilities would certainly improve the usability and flexibility of the software.

I like being able to see how everything fits together through the Gantt chart. The flexibility to add or remove items as needed is great. Plus the automatic adjustment of dates when changes are made is a huge time-saver.
