I really love that how easy Roomzilla is to use. Allow me to provide some context: in my office, we have four available meeting rooms. Before using Roomzilla, scheduling room usage was chaotic and disorganized, leading to conflicts among teams. However, since implementing Roomzilla and having iPads running the software, we can now efficiently schedule our meetings. It's fantastic to receive email notifications before each meeting, keeping us on track.
Cons
The installation of this fantastic solution in our office has been met with zero regrets from the manager, and as a user I have encountered no issues whatsoever.

I like how easy it is to set up time intervals using the web app. It is user-friendly and simple.
Cons
The only thing that I find slightly challenging is deleting time slots. It would be more intuitive if there were a direct option in the user interface. However, I understand the reasoning behind the link being sent to the creator's email (to prevent others from deleting it).

Roomzilla is perhaps the best choice for reserving rooms in an office environment. It is very simple to integrate with smart devices, and anyone can access the client via the web without needing to install additional software.
Cons
One aspect I didn't like is that reserving a room requires a minimum of two participants. Sometimes, I need the room for a private call and don't require additional participants.

The user experience is quite seamless, and the fact that it can be used on-site is a major advantage. The flexibility it offers for reservations is commendable too.
Cons
There's very little, if anything that I have to criticize. Perhaps adding an admin option to set a maximum reservation time would be helpful.

Selecting times and rooms is easy, and the iPad setup is a breeze.
Cons
I am not a fan of the color scheme. The iPad panel app doesn't allow me to select meetings shorter than half an hour. Also it is bothersome when there's an annoying sound reminder for forgetting to cancel a meeting on the iPad panel app. The setup cost for iPads is a bit expensive. (I haven't come across an Android alternative, but perhaps that exists.)

I am impressed by how easily I can reserve a meeting room. The user interface is intuitive and simple. With just a few clicks, I can reserve my desired meeting room. The notification tool is excellent, reminding me when my meeting is about to start and allowing me to end it at any time. This way, if my meeting finishes earlier than expected, the space becomes available for my teammates.
Cons
It was quite difficult to figure out how to cancel a recurring meeting. I had to seek assistance to complete this task. Additionally, when working across multiple time zones, things become frustrating at times. My recommendation would be to set up meetings on a monthly basis instead of for an extended period.

Scheduling meetings is not a problem now thanks to its high level of flexibility. The integration with Outlook is quite useful as it ensures me I always receive timely notifications.
Cons
The most challenging aspect, in my opinion is rescheduling or removing multiple meetings, especially when I don't have the original email.

Roomzilla has majorly improved the efficiency and time consumption of conference room bookings for our management staff and tenants. The web user interface is very user-friendly, requiring no instructions. Booking and setting up meetings is also a hassle free process now. Integration takes no more than 30 minutes max.
Cons
We've faced a few challenges along the way, especially since one of our properties is quite large and occasionally overwhelms the Roomzilla platform. However, the team is actively addressing these issues, and I am confident they will soon be running at full capacity.

Cons
I wish there was a way to alert people inside a room when their reservation is ending, perhaps with a visual cue. It would also be beneficial to have the option to modify meetings even if you weren't the original booker, perhaps through a code provided by the initial booker, so that unused rooms can be shared with others.

Roomzilla helps us maintain arrangement and ensures everyone is on the same page. It is far better than our previous system of using Outlook Calendars.
Cons
The platforms output can be inconsistent at times, and certain features are unreliable. For example, while it should sync with my Outlook calendar, I found it difficult to cancel or change meeting spaces when doing so. Eventually, I gave up on using that particular feature.

Currently, you need to locate your reservation email or request a new one, cancel the existing reservation, and then rebook the room for a different time. It would be more convenient if this could be done directly on the Roomzilla website without relying on emails.

Our co-working spaces rely on this tool for booking meeting rooms. Also it's very easy and convenient to use. I love the integration with iPads placed next to each room, which automatically updates the information on the website when I check-in. It's also beneficial to see the capacity and pictures of each room.
Cons
There's not much that I dislike about it. One possible improvement could be enhancing the scheduling page for a room. Currently, it lacks full visibility of available time slots. It should prevent selecting end times that overlap with other reservations, ensuring this is avoided from the beginning.
