Thanks to VISULT and the availability of the OKR approach, I now have a clear understanding of my tasks and their significance. As the companys strategy becomes more transparent, my commitment to my work naturally increases. VISULT provides excellent support in implementing the OKR method which maximizes the benefits of the software and enhances overall management performance.
Cons
It is very important to master the approach behind this solution. Otherwise, you might receive limited results. I mentioned it to the support team and VISULT has recognized my concern and ensures the availability of competent consultants.

A great compass to follow my OKR objectives and those of my colleagues

It is a very easy to use. The progress status of objectives is visually represented with a simple color code (green/orange/red). I receive real time feedback on the data entered by my colleagues, eliminating the need to chase after updates. I can also propose additional objectives whenever I want to contribute to a project.
Cons
It is essential for all team members to actively participate and update their objectives in VISULT to avoid incomplete data. One must learn how to use VISULT effectively and avoid setting numerous detailed objectives as it can lead to issues.

Pros
VISULT offers comprehensive coverage of the OKR framework along with other features that aid in management and employee development (HR features).
Cons
We are eagerly waiting for a mobile version. Also in order to learn about the entire OKR methodology you have to go through several significant features which can be overwhelming at first for many. However the close relationship with the publisher allows us to receive effective support in training and assisting our users.
