Totally worth the investment

Pros

The features are pretty awesome and we learned a lot through their human resources. Plus the customer service team is very helpful with training, and their updates always make it easier to navigate through files, saving us a ton of time.

Cons

At first, the report analysis was a bit tricky to follow, but once I got the hang of it, it works pretty well.

Simple and user-friendly

Pros

Training provided was very helpful, making it way more easy for us to use. Also I am really satisfied with the customer service, and the new update is amazing. Overall, it's been a really great experience.

Cons

Everything else is fine, but at times it becomes a little tricky for me to figure out the steps.

Pros

Welligent's functionality and customer service are truly remarkable. Plus it is comprehensive software and covers a lot of our clinical needs. I would definitely recommend this software to everyone.

Cons

I feel like having more detailed training will be more helpful to really get the hang of it.

Delivers results

Pros

Overall, my experience with Welligent has been really good. I’ have been impressed with how responsive Chip is to our needs, and the IBHIS transition went smoothly for us too.

Cons

We've had some struggles with support. As our tickets aren't always handled as quickly as we did like.
