“Unresolved bugs and promises”
Pros
Customers were able to sign in online to make payments, while employees could use the GPS feature to complete their stops. These features made things easier for us to manage.
Cons
Although the customer login and payment option worked the overall experience was frustrating because the software had several bugs and many promised features never materialized. After a year and a half with this company the commitments they made still had not been fulfilled and whenever we followed up, it was as if no one even knew what we were referring to. We were told text message billing would be available in fall 2024 then the date was pushed to January 2025 and now it is nearly November 2025 and it still has not been released. I even spoke with someone who said he was the software developer and about seven months ago he told me he had never heard of the feature. He said he liked the idea and would bring it up which only made the situation more disappointing.

“Mobile scheduling saves time”
Pros
Running my roll-off business from anywhere has easily been the biggest benefit for me. There are so many things I appreciate about it but being able to handle operations on the go has made the biggest difference in both my work and personal life. I no longer have to spend late nights or weekends stuck in the office. When a schedule change comes up, I can grab my iPad at home, log in and update everything within minutes. It has saved me a huge amount of time and cut down on paper as well.
Cons
There is very little for me to complain about. The team is always improving the software and making updates based on what customers need. Since we use it specifically for roll-off dumpsters there have been a few features that seemed to be missing at times but whenever I bring those requests to my Customer Success Expert the feature is usually added very quickly. That level of responsiveness is pretty amazing.

Pros
Biggest benefit for me has been the improvement in customer service. I also like the colorful, user-friendly interface which makes the system pleasant and simple for us to work with.
Cons
Parent-child relationship setup for customer accounts still feels unfinished and is clearly a feature that's still being developed.
