It has features that have really improved the efficiency of our fleet. Also it gives us real-time vehicle monitoring, which helps us react quickly to unexpected events and its built-in analytics offer valuable insights. The cost to benefit ratio is unbeatable, making it a great route and fleet management tool.

Cons

I have noticed a slight delay when data updates in real time. Also, the regular fees really add up, making it more expensive in the long run.

Pros

When we were using it, we felt it was top of the line and perfectly met our needs. As it handled IFTA reporting, tracked our drivers and fulfilled FMCSA ELD regulations without an issue.

Cons

The support they offer is the biggest issue as their response time is really slow. even though problems happened rarely.

I was really impressed with the truck mileage reports. They were great and the system was very user-friendly.

Experienced frequent unit shutdowns mean I have to call customer service often which takes a lot of time.

Well the reaction time when editing logs is pretty slow. Also it looks quite outdated as per other options available in the market.

Their performance monitoring features are something I absolutely love, and other than this it also has a few other useful features.

I have had issues with update failures that mess up my workflow. For example if a few updates fail, everything gets stuck which causes delays. Also, the system struggles to pull data for an exact date range when I generate reports. Like if I request March data, it might also pull in February data because of the last signal time. I really think the technology needs an upgrade for more precise data extraction and smoother updates overall.

Pros

We did not like it! And in the end, we ended up replacing it with a much better product.

Cons

It is way too expensive. Also its servers run very slow and the cameras are both pricey and difficult to operate and install.
