Pros

Our experience with Benchmark has been overwhelmingly positive. We've been with Benchmark since the inception of our practice, and they've consistently delivered exceptional customer support. As a small practice, we don't utilize the EMR system, but we appreciate Benchmark's ability to generate tailored reports. Their system makes posting patient services, payments, and insurance payments a breeze. Additionally, we value the ease of editing charges and payments.

Pros

The best aspect of Benchmark is their staff, who are always eager to assist with any issues. It's quick and easy to add ICD-10 codes and CPT codes. Downloading payments from insurance companies and tracking payments is straightforward.

Cons

Occasionally, the site can be slow, possibly due to local internet services.

Pros

This system is easily trainable, with minimal problems once users become familiar with it. The recent improvements to theNote section have been particularly beneficial. The support team is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Some areas within the EHR are less forgiving, such as follow-up, where the allotted space is insufficient.

Not recommended. The only positive is the Practice Management aspect. However, the system is expensive,Not user-friendly, and requires too many clicks for various tasks. Training is subpar.

Cons

Every question is met with a focus on additional costs. The system is excessively click-heavy.

Benchmark Clinical is One of the Best EHR Systems I've Ever Used!
Pros

This product is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. What stands out the most is the remarkable support provided by Benchmark. Their support team is consistently responsive, courteous, and exceptionally helpful.

Cons

Unfortunately, my time with the company was too short to identify any shortcomings. I would have been a lifelong customer if possible.

Amazing Support!
Pros

Benchmark has provided outstanding support, especially when I took over managing my husband's practice with little training on theNavigator and introducing the EMR.

Cons

I would prefer fewer clicks to complete tasks, but I'm unsure if this issue is unique to this system or common across all EMR systems.

Pros

This EMR system is incredibly user-friendly, and creating and modifying templates is easy. However, the user community appears to be relatively small, and more user group meetings would be beneficial.

Cons

The limited user base in our area is a minor drawback.

Best Customer Support I Have Ever Had!
Pros

Benchmark Systems goes the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction with every aspect of our system. The EMR is mostly free of errors, and when issues arise, we always reach a live person on the first call, promptly addressing our concerns.

Cons

We currently use the EMR as a standalone system and are considering adding the PM system. Our interface with our legacy system is somewhat basic, but we suspect the issue lies with our existing PM system. A smoother transition would be appreciated.
