Cons

Cons
Initially, it may seem challenging to navigate due to the multiple steps required to complete tasks.

I appreciate the layout and fields. The responsiveness of customer service is commendable.
Cons
Efficiency could be improved, as there's sometimes a need to enter duplicate information in multiple places. Additionally, getting logged off happens at least twice a day.
