PayClock is a lifesaver.
Pros

I absolutely love how PayClock allows us to consolidate all punch ins and outs in a single location, while also providing the ability to document absences. Generating reports is a breeze, and it's incredibly convenient to print weekly timesheets for employee approval.

Cons

The system can be very unpredictable. If we forget to close a prior pay period, it doesn't accurately display the latest punch times. It does resolve itself after fixing the mistake but it feels like an unnecessary feature for our usage of PayClock Online.

The ease of use is remarkable. It covers all aspects of timekeeping and I also like the feature that allows to generate detailed reports for various time tracking purposes. I particularly liked its distinction between regular and overtime hours.

Cons

We opted for facial recognition for time tracking. However we started experiencing issues where the time clock would go blank and fail to read. The customer support was incredibly helpful and made multiple attempts to troubleshoot the problem. We even switched out several time clocks but we couldn't pinpoint the exact cause. It could potentially be related to the power in our building but we couldn't be certain.

Very efficient and accurate time tracker platform!
Pros

We were in dire need of an efficient solution to track employee hours and attendance and PayClock proved to be the perfect match. Its cloud-based system allows easy access from anywhere, eliminating the need for manual timesheets. The customer service team was exceptional, promptly addressing all our inquiries and ensuring a quick setup. We're incredibly satisfied with PayClock Online!

PayClock Saves Time
Pros

Employees are well aware of their responsibility to clock in/out using the online application. If they fail to do so, they promptly notify me, ensuring accurate compensation hours. The system conveniently highlights individuals who haven't completed their time cards, saving time by eliminating the need to review punch cards. Additionally, it facilitates PTO tracking and provides a notation feature for documenting its usage. The system securely stores all data for future reference, if needed.

Cons

If you are not familiar with the program or struggle to use it, the customer service representatives are fantastic. They guide you through the program step by step so you can effectively utilize it for your business.

The product is quite simple to use, no complexity at all. Also has a slightly different feel from the desktop version but it is still familiar. I particularly enjoy using the app version on my phone.

Cons

The free hardware we received, the FR650 is not working well. and our employees struggle to sign in or out using facial recognition. I don't think the machine is as intelligent as it should be.

Pros

The customer service for this product is exceptional. Whenever I call, they are always eager to assist either by guiding me through the fix or remotely logging in to resolve the issue. Plus the wait times are very little.

Cons

The clock sometimes takes a while to display the action that occurred (e.g., John Smith checked in) causing employees to be unsure if it worked and swipe their cards multiple times.

Payclock Review in Medical Practice
Pros

PayClock is very much accurate, easy to use and I can work from anywhere. Even when I am home I am able retrieve the necessary numbers required without a problem

Cons

If an employee forgets to check-in in the morning but later checks out for lunch, checks back in for the afternoon, and clocks out at the end of the day, you have to reenter ALL the data in order to go back and enter when they initially arrived. Which makes is less user friendly as the entire process takes a lot of time.

I love the softwares simplicity and the excellent reporting capabilities.

Cons

I found it inconvenient that the "set up" appointment didn't cover parameters such as PTO accruals, report pulling and general instructions. It would have been most beneficial to learn not only how to set up a few test employees but also how to efficiently use the software for all the necessary capabilities without having to contact customer support again.

I like the self correcting feature when employees accidentally have an extra punch in or out. I can delete the incorrect punch with an easy and one more thing is that it automatically adjusts the time.

The reporting and exporting features, as well as the ease of editing hours are notable.

Cons

The fingerprint feature is not consistent. So we ended up using badges instead. It would be great if I could click and drag times to different spots. For instance, if someone thought they clocked in but it either failed to register or they forgot altogether, the clock-out time appears in the "clock in" spot. Instead of retyping it I would like the ability to click and drag it to the clock-out spot.

PayClock makes my job easy!
Pros

PayClock is highly reliable and offers excellent customer service when needed. It is effortless to convert reports to PDF for printing and saving on the PC.

Cons

It is not possible to remove employees from the list if they leave the company. You can deactivate them but not delete them. Additionally you can only input four punches in any given day.

The software is intuitive and easy to set up. Adding and terminating staff is equally simple and the help center will guide you through the process if needed. Mainly if you have low turnover.

Most effective, efficient timekeeping system on the market
Pros

This was the first and only program I found that could accommodate multiple departments with different payroll rules. such as part time, full-time, PRN, shift differentials, salaried versus non-salaried etc all departments reports are easily managed now, all credit goes to the PayClock.

Cons

The only downside I have noticed so far is that each pay period needs to be closed out by each department individually, rather than being able to close out the entire pay period at once. It would be helpful to have an option to close it out all at once without going through so many steps.

ParClock is an efficient software and It is very rare that I encounter any issues. Even if I do, the tech team promptly resolves them, making bookkeeping and payroll a hassle free task.
